Breakfast: Mascarpone cream

Lunch: 2 saussages

Snack: celery sticks, red bell pepper and caesar dressing

Movie night snack: Fried pork rinds

Dinner: 2 cauliflower bread sticks

I really liked the taste, but I did not get the right consistency on the first try. I will try again, cauliflower and cheese are a great combination.
